Miller Receives Over 100 Endorsements for State Comptroller

SEYMOUR – Kurt Miller, a Republican candidate for State Comptroller, released his first round of endorsements today, which includes over 100 prominent republicans throughout Connecticut.
“I am the only Republican who is all in to take on Kevin Lembo this November,” said Miller. “I have received support from Republicans across Connecticut who know I have a proven track record of reform in Seymour. My experience in both the private and public sectors gives me the ability to hit the ground running on day one.”
In an earlier release by Miller, House Republican Leader Themis Klarides said Kurt’s proven results as the First Selectman of Seymour and as a small business owner will give Connecticut residents someone they can trust to be their fiscal guardian in Hartford.
“Governor Dan Malloy is not the only one that should receive blame for Connecticut’s failing economy. Legislative Democrats and every Constitutional officer has sat back and let their leader run Connecticut’s finances into the ground,” said Klarides. “We need bold independent-minded thinkers in Hartford that will not ignore our bleak fiscal reality. I know Kurt will not turn a blind eye to our fiscal challenges and will work tirelessly to turn the state of Connecticut around.”
Miller’s endorsement list includes Mayors, First Selectman, State Representatives, Senators, State Central Members, Local Elected Officials, and Delegates.
